Vegan Biscuits & Gravy

Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
For the biscuits:
250 g Flour
1 Tbs Baking Powder
.5 tbs Baking Soda
.5 teaspoon Salt
306.3 g Non-fat yogurt
For the gravy:
3 tbsp Vegan butter
3 tbsp Flour
2C Almond milk
TT Salt, Pepper
Method of Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
3. Add the yogurt and mix well.
4. “drop” biscuits or roll out and cut out circles.
5. Place cut dough onto a greased sheet pan and bake for around 10-12 minutes.
6. To make gravy, melt butter then cook with flour. Pour in milk until thicken, season.
7. Serve with smiles!
Chef’s notes: Greek yogurt would be a stronger yogurt flavor and would need a small increase in flour.
