4Ocean is dedicated to making our oceans free of unnatural products, such as plastics and trash. Their progress has been incredible! You can even "pull a pound" of plastic by purchasing recycled products they make!
National Farm to School Network
The National Farm to School Network's mission is to bring awareness to nutrition education and increase the use of local foods with a school system. This network is something I stand with and strive to execute.

This pocket guide goes into detail information about the nutrition care process. This book made me understand my dietetic courses more easily.
Food and Nutrition Care Process
This book has been an incredible source of information! I have used this book in EVERY nutrition course I took. There are PDF's available for the 13th addition, however, the more updated the edition is, the more updated the information is.

This spoon allows me to measure powders and grains for precision baking. One of my favorite kitchen gadgets! There are multiple different styles and brands that make this tool.
Culinary Ruler
This is an amateur chef must have! My parents gave me this before I went to culinary school and have made my cuts perfect! The culinary ruler is an amazing training tool and I highly recommend anyone interested in cooking to use this!
