Hungarian Goulash

Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbs Oil

1 Onion

2 tsp Hungarian Paprika

1 lb Beef Stew Meat

2 oz Tomato Paste

1/2 C Water

TT Salt & Pepper

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium high, cook onions until soft and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, combine seasonings and brown the meat with the same pot.

  3. Return onions to the pot and combine the rest of the ingredients until boil.

  4. Reduce the heat to medium low for approximately 2 hours or until the meat is tender. 

  5. Serve over mashed potatoes, egg noodles or rice!
