Hungarian Goulash
Recipe
Ingredients

2 tbs Oil
1 Onion
2 tsp Hungarian Paprika
1 lb Beef Stew Meat
2 oz Tomato Paste
1/2 C Water
TT Salt & Pepper

Method of Preparation
-
Heat oil in a pot over medium high, cook onions until soft and set aside.

In a bowl, combine seasonings and brown the meat with the same pot.

Return onions to the pot and combine the rest of the ingredients until boil.
-
Reduce the heat to medium low for approximately 2 hours or until the meat is tender.
-
Serve over mashed potatoes, egg noodles or rice!
