Honey Balsamic Brussels

Ingredients

1 pounds Brussels sprouts

2 tb Honey

1/4 C Balsamic Vinegar

2 tb EVOO

TT Salt & Pepper

Method of Preparation

​

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Trim the ends of the brussels sprouts and cut in half.

  3. Toss the brussels sprouts in honey, balsamic vinegar, oil and seasoning.

  4. Cook for 15 minutes and check doneness by using a fork to puncture the brussels sprouts. 

  5. If desired, drizzle honey on the finished brussel sprouts.
