Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients

4 Chicken Thighs

1 Tbs Soy Sauce

1 Tbs Ponzu

2 Tbs Teriyaki Sauce

.5 tsp Sesame Oil

1 Tbs Ginger, grated 

1 TB Oil

TT Salt & Pepper

Method of Preparation

  1. Season chicken thighs with desired salt and pepper.

  2. Place oil in a pan over medium high heat, brown the chicken and set aside.

  3. In a bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and whisk to incorporate.

  4. In the same pan over medium, place the mixture in and let reduce.

  5. Place chicken back in pan and coat the sauce on the chicken.

  6. Serve over a bed of rice with some vegetables!
