Bean Brownies

Ingredients

1.5 C Black Beans, drained and rinsed

2 Tbs Cocoa Powder

.5 C Oats

1/3 C Maple Syrup or Honey

2 Tbs Sugar

1/4 C Oil

2 Tbs Vanilla Extract

.5 tsp Baking Powder

.5 C Chocolate Chips

Method of Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor and blend until completely smooth. 

  3. Incorporate the chocolate chips then pour into a greased 8x8 pan.

  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes then let cool before cutting.
